Photo Services

Patrick Kelly provides professional photos for real estate agents and highly-motivated sellers. The following information details how this service is performed.

1. Agent/Seller receives his or her own login ID to website to submit job requests and access property photos. After job request is submitted, an appointment is scheduled with the Agent/Seller for Patrick to take photos.

2. Photos are professionally retouched while still maintaining accurate depiction of property.

3. Agent/Seller is notified when images are completed and is emailed an invoice that is to be paid via PayPal. (Note: Agent/Seller is not required to have a PayPal account in order to make payment.)

4. Once payment is fulfilled, Agent/Seller may access property photos using his or her login.

 

Home Tour

Highlight your property with your own home tour! Features full-screen photos with all property information (home, agent, and area). Clean, elegant design! Please see NJ REAL ESTATE TOURS for examples.
